Waiter, there's toilet paper in my soup

I opened the pantry this morning to get some potato chips to pack in my lunch, and I spotted something odd.

There was a roll of toilet paper on the soup shelf and I didn't put it there.

I am guessing it was placed there to save time.  If you're going to eat soup, might as well be prepared for when it comes out without having to go someplace else to find some toilet paper.

I'm considering placing a roll of toilet paper next to the salsa in the refrigerator since that would save me time and energy as well.
