My guess is that a church up the street from where I live had a carnival in their parking lot.
I bet it was the safest carnival ever. After all, God wouldn't let a member of his flock die on a carnival ride in the parking lot of his house!
They were starting to take it down when I was able to get a photo tonight. But, there still were some pretty lights to see.
