Playing bingo with the plague and a crescent moon over Taco Bell

Labor Day weekend was nice.

Saturday I puttzed (is that a real word?) around the house, then in the evening I went with Anthony to play bingo at Casino Del Sol. We didn't win, and Anthony was coming down with the flu so the table area around his bingo machine was covered with cold and flu over the counter stuff.

Sunday I went to dinner at Taco Bell alone since Anthony was sick, as well as the grocery store.

Monday I did some yard work and slept in. I do have some love for three day weekends. Unfortunately, I only get a few every year so I appreciate them when they do come around.

Photos from the weekend:

The fancy new electronic bingo machines at Casino Del Sol.
All that technology and I still didn't win.

Anthony brought a stash of flu fighting materials.
All that technology and he still got sicker.

He mixed up some purple stuff
when he should have had Sunny D.

Cat Butt Magnets at Target.
I learned something today:
Cat Butt Magnets translates to "derrieres de chat"
in some foreign language I can't speak.

Velveeta products in the freezer section of the grocery store.
The stuffed grilled cheese on the right looks like
a Hot Pocket full of cheese.
All that technology and this is all we get for $4.76

Rico's Condensed Cheddar sauce on clearance.
It's aged and on sale... can't go wrong.
Might use it inside of a Hot Pocket.

A sign of fall: Pumpkin Spice Oreo cookies.
Another sign of fall: The chill of crisp 100 degree air in Tucson.

They ran out of Honey Buns!
Sign of the apocalypse!
Noooooooooooo!
