The Cheesecake Factory, which has been nearly finished for quite a while in Tucson, has finally announced their opening date. I have never eaten at a Cheesecake Factory but anything with cheesecake has to have potential.
The Tucson Cheesecake Factory location is on the south side of Tucson Mall. They've delayed opening while waiting for Tucson Mall to complete the new entrance on the south side of the mall. That entrance is now open.
Cheesecake Factory has announced a opening date of February 4, 2010. I'll be waiting by my mailbox for a KENvitation.
Tucson Mall is also getting an R.E.I. next year. Its an outdoor sports enthusiast type of store. I've seen pictures of them but never been to one of those either. The mall's other new additions include Shane's Rib Shack and J.Jill.
